Following the ISAPS annual survey the injectable procedures were globally more than 17 milions in 2021 with a steady growth trend for years. The increase in the number of procedures and operators who are not always properly trained it has also vertically growth the number of non-harmonious results, migrations and complications.
Since 2022 Dr. Borbon has introduced into his daily practice the use of a highly innovative ultrasound/coppler device developed for the study of the deep tissues of the face the mapping of the vascular anatomy and to analyse specifically the fillers previously injected . Thanks to this fundamental step forward in Aesthetic Medicine it is now possible to:
- Study the deep tissue of the face of new patients who have previously had fillers elsewhere
- Try to "renormalize" deformities and excesses from fillers performed elsewhere incorrectly
- Increase safety by identifying anatomical anomalies and/or risk factors by performing face mapping before treatment
- Carry out high-precision and safe fillers/dissolvers under ultrasound and color Doppler guidance
This new high-precision Aesthetic Medicine responds to the need of many patients who have been changed by an aggressive and not-aware Aesthetic Medicine.
